As the Long Beach Polar Bear Organization ("the LBPB") is a not-for-profit charitable organization staffed wholly by volunteers, all sales of merchandise from the LBPB website shall be deemed final and non-refundable. Notwithstanding the above, the LBPB will attempt to accommodate requests for exchanges where substitute merchandise is available.You may contact Customer Service at (866) 347-5623.
