Online orders will be packed on Saturdays when volunteers are available . Pickup orders will be contacted by text, phone or email when they are ready. Shipping orders will go out the following week after they are packed.
- Shipping orders will receive tracking information to the email address provided in the order. Orders may be shipped to the 48 contiguous states; shipping to HI, AK, and international are not available at this time.
- Pre-Paid pick-ups will be at E. Van Creations - 54 S. Long Beach Road, Rockville Centre NY. Volunteers will be available on Saturdays from 10am - 2pm for pickup hours**.
**FOR PICK-UP ORDERS : Please wait until you have received confirmation that your order is ready to go to the pickup location. Customers MUST PRESENT A COPY OF THEIR EMAIL RECEIPT OR VALID ID to receive goods.
